long time no post
I’ve lost 6lbs in 2 weeks. Just by cutting out junk food and eating more fruits and veggies. You guys can do this =)

okay so, i've been lacking a lot

Here’s the run down. i’m still trying to live healthy. i drink loads of water and drink lots of tea. i’ve given up milk for soy. eat less meat and found protein substitutes. well, i was having a lot of back pain..which this makes the 4th time in about 6-7 months that my back has been having issues. so, i go to the doctor and everything..had to do x-rays. not really thrilled by...

took a week off because my foot has been bothering me again..but that’s okay, back on track today. still, i’ve been eating well and that’s still a plus. i’ve lost a total of 13 lbs so far and i’m very happy about this.my sleep schedule on the other hand is off. i haven’t been sleeping well, which means, i come home and nap which throws off my sleep to start...

is a pair of pants that were once tight but now every time you bend over you have to pull them back up over your ass. eating healthy has finally become a habit for me. i haven’t had take out in forever now, the last soda i drank i ended up sharing with my mom (otherwise known as taking a sip and just handing it back to her) when i took her out for mother’s day. i don’t crave...

i was at work today..and a co-worker came up to me and asked me one of the best questions ever: “Are you losing weight?” my response was practically tackling him with a hug.. so i doubt anything else that happens today can top that..unless of course someone else asks =)
cereal with skim milk for breakfast.. peanut butter banana smoothie for lunch and a wee bit of melon had the rest of my salad from yesterday, lettuce, two eggs (hard boiled),avocado,cherry tomatoes,cucumber, shredded cheddar and yogurt ranch dressing for dinner. factor in some green tea, lots of water and exercise and you’ve got yourself a healthy girl =)
